We understand that our customers rely on up to date information to optimise their supply chain and Grange Shipping’s bespoke Track & Trace websites are built to deliver.
Once your website has been created, you will be allocated a user name and password for each member of staff you wish to grant access (these can be chosen by you to ensure access to your shipment information is restricted and secure). This screenshot illustrates how the log in page of your website could look:
Once logged in, the user will be presented with an overview of their shipments (the default setting is for shipments sorted by ETA) as illustrated below. The user will be able to search for shipments by scrolling through screens or by purchase order number, B/L / AWB, deptarture date, container number, shipper, consignee, ETA, your job reference, vessel name / flight number and/or many other search fields and filters we can include to meet your needs.
The icons on the left hand side of the screen shot above represent further 'drill down' screens (example below) which provide more detailed shipment information such as container numbers, container types, seal numbers, product descriptions, packages, weight, CBM, delivery dates, delivery times, delivery addresses and any additional information you may require.
