We are continuing to operate during the Covid-19 outbreak mindful that this requires procedures that can be maintained long term.

Many Shipping Lines / Port related administration have moved to complete home working but there is an undeniable loss of efficiency in dealing with them.

Grange Shipping have tested their Business Continuity Plans (like never before!) and will be moving towards dispersed working in the days/weeks  to come with many fewer people in the office than normal.

As general guidance if you are moving cargo on original bills of lading then please consider if it is possible to arrange telex releases for them.

We will still need original health certificates to be sent to this office as Port Health will not accept copies

Note there may be unavoidable delays in distributing the documents from this office if a Shipping Line (for example) or Couriers are adversely affected.
