We are great believers in supporting our local community. There are some extraordinary charities providing essential services and support in Felixstowe. Our fantastic team have participated in 'Dress Down Friday' every week throughout 2023 during which we collect donations. This year the team raised £1625 which is being donated to three local charities.
FACTS
Felixstowe Area Community Transport Service have been providing an essential service to the community since 1990. They provide transport to anyone of any age with a physical, cognitive or sensory impairment which limits or restricts their access to public transport. Companions and carers are also welcome to travel with the service alongside them.
This amazing service allows people to live their lives by getting them to the shops, the hairdressers, appointments - any everyday activity that restricted access to transport can make difficult.
This year we donated £600 to FACTS.

Level Two Youth Development
The mission statement from Level Two is "To promote the welfare of young people (age 7-25) living in Felixstowe and surrounding villages, through supportive relationships and positive experiences, designed to enhance their personal and social development."
We think this charity offers something unique and utterly essential to the local area. Offering mentoring, support, counselling and drop-in services to young people, Level Two are filling the gap left by underfunding in local government. The young are indeed our future and we believe this charity does amazing work
This year we donated £600 to Level Two Youth Development.

parkrun
Let's face it, freight forwarding features a lot of sitting at a desk! We believe it's important to get out and get active when we can. There are a few members of the team here at Grange who participate in parkrun regularly. It's a superb way to get your steps in and get the blood pumping. It's also a marvellous social activity.
Felixstowe parkrun takes place every Saturday and regularly sees participation in triple figures. It's inclusive and something you can do at your own pace. But if you're competitive, there are stats you can measure and goals to acheive!
This year we donated £425 to parkrun.
